Attempt to buy some Disney Movies!

So yesterday was a great day! i woke up around 8:30 and worked out until about 9:30, did some reading, took a shower, ate some ramen, did some more reading, played with facebook and then went to teach English. (didn't get out of he hotel until then)! When i got there though my student wasn't home yet... he was getting his school uniform b/c he starts school today! but he was only 10 mins late (which will make me not feel so bad if i am late once). Teaching went a lot better then it did monday... i think i figured out how to make it so he understands, and we worked more on conversation. Now that school has started though i will be helping with homework. Then i came home and samuel and i went out to get some DVDs and food. well we got Beauty and the Beast, the first Chronicles of Narnia and Stardust... and only payed 57 yuan for it... so like $7. HECK YES!! then we ate at a wierd expensive restaurant... where we got the cheapest food possible... and came home. When we got home though it hit me that DVDs have region codes... and the US is Region 1, china is Region 6 (meaning that the DVD will only play in that region... the DVD Players all have region settings) and our movies are all region 6 movies... which means we can't play them in the states. SADNESS!!! at least they will be movies we can watch while we are here... we have to find a place that sells DVDs with Region 1... otherwise i might be upset! i want to collect Disney movies! or maybe we will just buy a chinese DVD player... haha!!
